5. Merchant Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with South African food safety, consumer protection, and e-commerce regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Process orders promptly and provide quality products/services.

6. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal, vehicle, and banking information.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and handle orders with care.
• Follow South African traffic laws and safety guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities
All parties must not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or harm its reputation.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
